CAER-IFPRI Annual Conference
Innovations in Market, Technology and Institution for Agriculture in China
23-25 October 2016 ︱Fuzhou, Fujian, China
China Agricultural Economic Review (CAER) is an academic journal published by Emerald in
association with China Agricultural University (CAU) and listed as one of the SSCI (Social Science Citation
Index) journals. CAER is delighted to announce its eighth annual conference in 2016 in collaboration with
International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI). The theme of 2016 conference is on exploring
innovations in market, technology, and institution for agriculture in China. Internationally and nationally
renowned scholars will be invited to present and discuss their insights at the conference. More than 120
researchers from China and around the world is anticipated to participate.
Suggested Topics
Submissions are solicited on a wide variety of topics including but not limited to:
Submission Guidelines
- Please format the submission following the Authors Guidelines, which is available on
http://info.emeraldinsight.com/products/journals/author_guidelines.htm?id=caer.
- Please submit your manuscript on http://caer-conf.csp.escience.cn.
- All submissions will be evaluated by two independent reviewers with respect to their (a) relevance of the topics and
potential for discussion, (b) originality, (c) academic quality and (d) clarity of exposition.
- Author(s) of the accepted papers, or at least one of them, are required to register and present their work at the conference.
Registration Fee
RMB 800 (Chinese Currency), including entrances to the sessions, badge, conference program, printed proceedings, coffee
breaks, welcome reception, and meals during the conference. The registration fee will be paid at the conference registration
desk. No Registration Fee for the students with accepted papers.
Publication
The conference will compile a proceedings for reference, and the organizing committee will select and recommend the high-quality submitted papers to be published in CAER journal.
Venue and Language
Fujian Agricultural and Forestry University. English. No simultaneous language interpretation will be provided.
Award
We will award best papers presented at the 8
th
CAER-IFPRI conference and the most cited paper published in CAER. The
award winner will receive a certificate and a RMB 5,000 prize.

背景介绍
第八届中国农业经济评论 (CAER) 国际学术年会由CAER期刊编辑部和国际食物政策研究所
（IFPRI）联合主办。CAER是由中国农业大学以及英国Emerald出版集团联合出版的国际学术
期刊，现为汤森路透ISI web of knowledge数据库收录的SSCI和SCIE期刊。此次年会旨在探讨中
国农业的市场、技术与制度创新问题。大会将邀请国内外知名学者出席此次年会，并就相关问
题发表观点和建议。
征文范围（集中但不限于以下议题）
征文主要包括（但不限于）以下主要议题：
投稿指南
• 请按照CAER 作者投稿指南编辑排版论文，详见：

• 参会论文投稿请使用会议投稿管理系统，如下：

• 所有论文都将经过同行评审。会议要求被接收的论文作者（至少有一人）注册参加会议，并
向会议宣读论文。
• 会议论文集和参会证明：所有参会论文将在会前编入论文集，同时，经主办方筛选的优秀论
文将被CAER发表。需要参会证明者，会务组将按统一格式提供。
会务费
人民币800元。所投稿会议论文被大会接受的学生，凭学生证免会务费，每篇文章只免一人。
地点与语言
福建农林大学。英语，会议期间不提供同声传译服务。
奖励
大会将从本届年会投稿论文中评选出一篇最优论文予以奖励。同时，大会将颁发年度CAER论
文最高引用率奖。获奖者将在大会上领取奖励证书和人民币5,000元奖励。
